Our team can work back within your occupancy date to ensure we meet your timeline. Throughout the process we are in constant communication with clients to set reasonable and attainable expectations.

Where are you building your new home? What areas are you looking at real estate? Location can and will impact cost. Beyond lot costs, excavation costs are an important component of the building or land buying processes. Our decades of experience in building has given us the gift of understand how location can impact speed and cost of a build.

What is your vision for your home? Sean will ask a series of questions to allow us to understand what is important to you about your new home. This discovery will help Sean as a builder or Realtor® better understand your unique needs so that he and his team can deliver a house that meets your needs and desires within your budget.

A relationship with a new build lasts more than a year with your home warranty. The relationship will start up to 60 days before the ground is excavated and carry on even after you move in.
