Sean has been involved in the housing market for 37+ years and has gained expansive experience through education, experience as a residential and commercial builder and as a real estate agent.
Sean’s approach with buyers and sellers is, above all else, about prioritizing their needs and providing exceptional service. He actively listens to understand their preferences, budgets and goals. By building trust and rapport, he establishes open lines of communication. His experience and connectedness to the community allows him to be knowledgeable about the market, offering valuable insights and guidance while being responsive and promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns. Sean tailors his approach to meet individual needs, offering personalized solutions and recommendations. His end goal is to create a positive and seamless experience for his clients.
In addition to Sean’s hands-on experience in Northern Michigan real-estate, he built his foundational knowledge at Michigan State University by earning a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. He’s continued his education by becoming certified in Green Building and is a long-term member of the Home Builder’s Association.
